shooting
of the remaining portion is yet to start.
Pupul, who plays an important role in the film that has Babushaan Mohanty and Sivani Sangita in the lead, said shooting was supposed to start in August. “But it couldn’t restart due to concerns voiced by the cast and crew members over the rising cases of
Covid-19
in the state,” said the actress, who mostly hosts television shows.
“My role in the film is like a catalyst between the lead pair and plays an important role in helping them find true love,” she said.
The recent incidents of several cast and crew members of television serials testing positive for Covid-19 has also put many industry people in a dilemma. Pupul said these incidents may have forced the unit to wait for a few days, keeping the safety and security of the team in mind.
