Kavi Sammelan brings out the best of poets in town

Ravindra Bhawan

’s open stage where noted poets from across the country participated like Kumar Vishwas, Waseem Barelvi, Surendra Sharma, Anjuman Rebar, Dinesh Banvara etc. According to the reports, more than 300 people attended this event.

Dinesh Bawra shared his poem addressing the people of

Bhopal

, “Kabhi masoorie, kabhi nainital si lagti, uski aakhein jheelon si wo Bhopal si lagiti…”. Kavita Tiwari shared her poem “Agar maati ke putle deh hai, to imaan zinda hai…” Kumar Vishwas recited his poem “Sada ye hai ki neend cheen lein dono ki aakhon se, khata ye thi ki hum dono ne milkar ye khawab dekha tha…”

The other poems recited were not only humorous but satirical as well. Kumar Vishwas also commented and criticized the current political scenario political scenario of the state.
