The Nehru Yuva Kendra Bhopal organised a debate competition for the youngsters on the theme of ‘Patriotism and nation building’. The main aim to organise this was to inspire the youth to participate in the 2019 Independence Day activities. Thirty five participants from the various districts near Bhopal came. The guest of honour Pushpendra Pal who is a senior journalist said, “Drastic changes can be observed in the society and in the people. Every person has his/her own vision which is completely different from person to person. It is not only the responsibility of the seniors but also of the youth to inspire people for good work.” Chhindwara district’s Tuba Hayat won the competition who said that nation building can be done by preserving the culture which we have and it is a continuous process.
