Choti Badi Baatein brings Hasya Samaroh to an enjoyable end

The 12th Hasya Natya Samaroh - which was held at

Shaheed Bhavan

in the memory of celebrated theatre artistes

Gulvardhan

and

Prabhat Ganguly

- ended on a humorous note with the staging of '

Chhoti Badi Baatein

' directed by yet another renowned theatre personality

Rajeev Verma

. The play which is a combination of three short plays, namely - Apne Dayre,

Aakhiri Chitthi

, and Ataichi Case was performed by the Bhopal Theatre Group.

Apne Dayre portrayed the thinking of the different age groups of the society through a family. Even though they were very close to each other yet the social thoughts of every member differed. Second in the segment, Aakhiri Chitthi showed generation gap as the elders chose the most convenient option by blaming their kids, they never tried to understand their perspective. Lastly, Ataichi Case brought along the knick knack that continuously happens between the married couples and how it is solved through a suitcase.
