In the international literature festival organised in the city a session was organised in which poets from the third gender community recited their poems.

Viplav Ghosh, trained transgender classical dancer presented a dance piece on one of her own poem on Mahabharata’s Character Amba, lately recorded with music as a song. The next performance was by Rintu Das, passed from Rabindranath University Kolkata, who gave a performance based on Vrihannala the transgender character of Arjun in
