As per the UGC guidelines for Higher Education, the institutional assessment by NAAC for quality check is mandatory. When we speak of quality, definitely Infrastructure comes to the forefront. And when we speak of Infrastructure, it is not just the building but it makes all the resources created and utilised by the institution to impart better education.
The event was telecasted on Youtube live for the participants. The overwhelming response to the event with approx. 700 plus participants is a proof that the institutions are striving hard to promote quality in education.

The first Expert Session was addressed by Dr Maya Ingle, Professor, SCSIT-DAVV. She spoke on “Importance of ICT in Teaching and Learning Process”. She began her lecture by stating that Teachers are at the core of any living society. Teachers use ICT for making the teaching
The second Expert Session was on “Library as a Learning Resource” which was taken up by Dr Sandeep Kumar Pathak, Deputy Librarian, IISER. He narrated the importance and varied usage of the library. He also spoke at length about publication of research papers and its nuances.
The third Technical Session was on “Overview of Revised Accreditation Framework of NAAC which was taken by Dr Shyam Singh Inda, Assistant Advisor, NAAC. The session cleared many doubts related to NAAC accreditation and also the process of the same.
Each session had a question answer schedule as well which provided the participants to directly question the experts and get their doubts clarified.
The Bhopal School of Social Sciences

The Inaugural Address was delivered by Dr Usha Nair OSD-World Bank Project. ICT helps the teacher to update the new knowledge, skills to use the new digital tools and resources. By using and acquiring the knowledge of ICT, student teachers will become effective teachers. ICT is one of the major factors for producing the rapid changes in our society.
