Last Sunday saw a grand prelude to the country���s hottest racing event.
Photographer Waseem Khan and choreographer Sheetal Sharma unveiled the Kingfisher Bangalore Derby 2009 trophy on behalf of United Breweries Limited before handing it over to the chairman of the Bangalore Turf Club, PV Shetty.
The Kingfisher Bangalore Derby 2009 prelude includes exciting activities like the Kingfisher Starting Draw Nite at Club Nero on July 9 and the Kingfisher Derby Fashion Night at ITC Windsor on July 10.You can win invites to the derby at a series of derby-related activities starting July 8 at popular pubs, night clubs and malls. An exciting addition to this year���s plans is a Horse Shoe pitching contest, which will be held at the malls.
