Ready for hi-fashion?

It's time for hi fashion in Kochi as the city opens its doors to yet another fashion institute. And to make the launch even more special, some of the students from the other centres of JD Institute even put together a spectacular show of their work for the people in the city.
The show, held at the Le Meridian, saw Sanil Chada taking centre stage to introduce the concept of fashion to the city.Bangalore-based choreographer Rahul Dev Shetty put forth a fab show before the guests went on to enjoy an elaborate spread of Kerala cuisine.
The do finally concluded at an impressive after party at the Tandav. In addition to the designers and models, we spotted city based designer Hari Anand, fashion photographer Saini, business partners RC Dalal and Nealesh Dalal and emcee Twinkle rubbing shoulders with the select crowd that was invited to the after party.
