Magic on the ramp

It was thoda fashion, thoda magic when actress Ameesha Patel graced the ramp last Friday. She was in Bangalore as part of the eight-city round for Seagram���s Blender���s Pride party tour 2008.
The evening of high fashion was kick-started with Raj Shroff and Neetu Gupta���s Ravage collection. Models scorched the ramp amidst a packed audience at India���s first and longest party tour.Raj and Neetu���s collection comprising drapes, jerseys and deep tones had exclusive designs for Blender���s.
Then came grand creations by style guru Rocky S. Though he couldn���t make it to Bangalore (he missed his flight), his designs created quite a ripple as models walked the ramp in the designer���s exciting black outfits.
While the glam girls sashayed off the ramp in Rocky���s designs, Ameesha made a grand entry looking gorgeous in a one-piece strappy dress along with Raj and Neetu.
The Seagram���s magic continued with model/DJ Megha Cawale mesmerising the crowd with her charming looks and pulsating numbers. Enjoying the fare were Anjala Zaveri along with Tarun and Himesh Arora, Harinder Singh, Pollyana, Oum Pradutt, Pavithra Halkatti, Harish Wadhwa, Gauri and Raj Kapur, Babitha, Rahul Dev Shetty, Paresh Lamba, Rajdeep and Lakshmi Puri among many others. Bangalore is the sixth of eight cities hosting Seagram���s Blender���s Pride fashion events. The show moves on from here to two more cities and reaches Mumbai on September 9.
