Composer and singer Amit Trivedi headlined an exclusive gala evening at Bengaluru’s Bowring Institute’s main lawns. Set against the club’s colonial charm, the concert brought together heritage and contemporary sound, drawing over 500 members and guests for a night that many described as nothing short of magical.

Battling a fever, Amit still took the stage with energy. From the evocative strains of Jai Ho Shankara to the pulsating anthems of Udta Punjab, and crowd favourites like Gulaboo, his setlist unfolded as a carefully curated journey through his illustrious career. Hits from films such as Dev.D, Queen and Udta Punjab had the audience singing along, grooving to every beat under the stars.

A night powered by music and synergy

Joined by his troupe—Devendra Pal Singh, Janhavi Jain, Meghana Mishra and Arun Kamath—Amit’s performance oscillated seamlessly between soulful ballads and high-octane numbers. The chemistry on stage amplified the experience, with the crowd responding enthusiastically to every transition.
