Darth Vader, Spiderman, Pennywise and a bunch of people dressed up as anime characters all gathered in Bengaluru for the annual comic fest. On Day one, people were spotted taking pictures with cosplayers and checking out stalls. On day two, stand-up comedians like Rohan Joshi & Rahul Subramanian performed at the event. “It’s my third time here, it’s so good to see such nerdy pop culture fans,” said Rohan Joshi. Regarding relating to a younger audience, Rahul Subramanian said, “I was very nervous initially as I’m not from this generation. I wondered how I would relate to such a young audience, But the crowd was amazing, they made me feel very comfortable.”
This time, people chose outfits to dress as a group, like a deck of cards. This way, they say that they could all spend time making their costumes ahead of the event

A family that cosplays together, stays together A dad dressed up as Superman, a mom as Lady Loki and their son as a Minecraft character. Now that’s one family with some serious goals. “This is our first time dressing up as a family, otherwise we just attended the event to see what’s happening, Superman (my husband, Neeraj) did all our costumes and the accessories, we ordered online,” said Mitali.
It’s about starting young We witnessed kids of all ages dress up in adorable costumes and they seemed to be having the time of their lives. “We got here at 11 AM when the gates opened. Initially both my kids were excited, but now they’re tired,” a mom-of-two said. Kids even got creative with their costumes!
