Bangalore Fashion week kicks off to a glittering start

The 10th edition of the Bangalore Fashion Week kicked off to a glittering start on Thursday at the Crowne Plaza. Designers Vidya Vivek, GKB by Gunkiran, Michelle Salins and Jattinn Kochha showcased their designs on day 1. This year, the theme of the fashion show is Summer Showers, and Michelle lit up the runway with her bright and colourful collection, for which actress Sharmiela Mandre was the showstopper.Vidya’s collection prominently featured dresses in red and black, while Jattinn Kochha took the monochrome route. The GKB collection also brought a burst of colour, with models sashaying down the ramp in bright pink, yellow and red outfits.
