A packed house for 'Venkata'

Ramesh Aravind couldn���t have chosen a better time for the premiere of his latest Venkata in Sankata.
Since it���s chutti time for the Kannada industry, most of his dosts from the industry made it for his big night. Most folks drove down from the rehearsals that are on for the Kannada Amrutha Mahotsava. Three screens were booked and all of them were housefull.
Ramesh and Archana were welcoming guests, while daughter Niharika sorted out confusion regarding passes. Leading ladies Sharmila Mandre, Meghana and Anusha were there with their families.
Ramesh was overwhelmed with turn-out as friends like Ramya, Sudha Rani, Shruti, Devraj and family, Anu Prabhakar and KK, Jayanthi, Ravichandran came over to wish him. While the crowd cheered for Ramesh���s on-screen antics, newbie Meghana was anxious about the audiences response to her act. The non-availibility of caramel popcorn was a serious cause of concern! But it was fun night out with the stars.
