A night of culture in Bengaluru

The inaugural night of Tajurba in Bengaluru, a year-long series celebrating India’s rich classical and folk traditions, offered a soulful respite from fast-paced city life. The brainchild of Trilochan Kampli and Jaheena, the event featured a performance by Lucknow-based poet Kafeel Jafri. This was followed by a sitar jugalbandi from twin brothers Ustaad Rafique Khan and Ustaad Shafique Khan, accompanied by Bengaluru artiste Trilochan Kampli on the tabla.
