Police officers lend helping hand for welfare week in Aurangabad
Social cause took to its peak when police officers from Aurangabad extended their hand at the medical check-up camp and tree plantation drive in the city recently. The program was conducted for the families of the officers wherein they could benefit themselves with this facility. Local doctors were also seen volunteering for the medical check-up camp.

These events have been organised as a part of Police Welfare Week. In the same manner, many other activities are also lined up for the week. The main highlight of the day was the tree planation drive wherein all the officers from the department took part in planting saplings in the vicinity. The event was conducted in the presence of police commissioner Chiranjeev Prasad and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dr Deepali Dhate Ghadge also graced the event.
