Play Othello staged at Tapadiya Natya Mandir

was presented before the audience. Organised by Aurangabad Lokrangbhumi, the play was staged at Tapadia Natya Mandir. Othello is a tragic play originally written by

William Shakespeare

. However, the play was presented in

Marathi language

and has been translated by V. V Shirwadkar. Directed by Dr.

Shashikant Bramhanpurkar

, the play was enacted beautifully by the actors. Artists Amol Mandale, Manoj Thakur, Rahul Borde, Rahul Wagh, Shekhar Tumde, Vipul Bhole, Supriya Gayne, Kunal Rajput, Pallavi Gaikwad and many others impressed the spectators with their impactful acting. With many Shakesperean plays being translated into Marathi language, Othello was also very well recivede by the theatre enthusiasts.
