Guru Poornima celebrations in the city

Various regions of Maharashtra have been dry during the summer, especially the dams. Taking that into consideration, local citizens organised a prayer session on the occasion of guru poornima. The local devotees gathered at the Swami Samarth in N9 temple where they also organised a havan. The temple saw thousands of visitors from early morning where they celebrated guru poornima.City’s corporater Nitin Chitte did the aarti. The guru puja was also successfully conducted amidst the several devotees that flocked the temple that day.
