Maharaj statue at the chowk was lit up with lights. Youngsters, women and children lit hundreds of diyas around the statue and marked the Diwali celebration. Spectators gathered at the chowk to get a glimpse of the beautifully decorated area. Many were seen clicking selfies and pictures with the décor. The week-long festivity is celebrated with friends and family with loads of sweets and savouries.
