The Gurukul-based school Vidya Aranyam in Aurangabad hosted its third annual celebration in the city recently. The event Pankh saw students present a dance-drama-narrative named Bagh Talav that explored the tiger-human interactions and inspirations with an imaginative portrayal of the lost tigers of Bagh Talav, the region where the school is currently located. This was followed by an Odissi dance recital by Odissi ensemble from the Ggurukul. Day one of the event took place at Rukmini Sabhagriha, MGM which also saw a book launch Bagh Talav: Tiger Ecology Narratives written by Parwati Dutta, one of the eminent dance exponent.
