Arty party!

And auction houses are set to ring in the good times. At a party to celebrate the city’s arty spirit, we spotted Bob Crasto (remember him from the old Sanjay Khan films?) in a suit looking most gentlemanly and un-villainlike, sipping a beer. Charu Sharma was also in town, catching up with most of the art-lover invitees, among whom were Vijay and Zarine Rekhi, Sushma Haksar, Raghava (in a new shaggy hair cut) and Netra.Other art folk there included Suesh Jayaram, Isaiah Streisand and Gurudas Shenoy, who were seen in animated conversation in a corner, Sara Arakkal, spotted looking closely at the art on display, Renu George and Balan Nambiar. Bangalore’s looking forward to more arty happenings in town from now on!
