Origami workshop at Swarnim institute of design

Swarnim Startup University

through its institute of design organised an

origami workshop

on the campus.
Origami is an advanced paper folding technique.

Origami

is taught on patience and concentration. Through the workshop the participants learnt

geometry

and structure.
Designers from various different fields go an inspiration to develop designs through this workshop.
Students of first years from the courses graffiti design, architecture, fashion and interior from

Swarnim institute of design

participated in the workshop. Students learnt origami for three days at this workshop and then applied to their field to make an item that was later displayed.
Garments, footwears, tea table, lamps, chairs, wall hanging and the likes were displayed post the workshop.
