As the cold waves engulfed Ahmedabad during this winter, India’s hottest and No.1 Radio Station — Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM decided to celebrate this winter with the Amdavadis. Radio Mirchi came up with a unique and one-of-its-kind of campaign - Mirchi Camp Fire Fest in various housing societies of Ahmedabad, Baroda and Surat. Radio Mirchi Team along with Mirchi RJs visited various housing societies of Ahmedabad in the late evening and re-created the magic of the long-forgotten campfire (taapna) parties with lot of games, dhamaal, masti and, loads of mirchidaar prizes and, of course, campfire (taapna).
Mirchi Camp Fire Fest got an overwhelming response from Amdavadis and other cities with hundreds of societies registering themselves for the unique extravaganza. On this occasion, Parag Desai, executive director, sales and marketing of GTPPL Group, Wagh Bakri said, “Wagh Bakri tea group feels proud by associating with Radio Mirchi for ‘Tapna Party’. We have received very good response in the activity and Amdavadis tasted our products — 3 in 1 instant tea and spiced tea. With this activity we were able to reach to thousands of consumers across the three cities. We look forward to such more activities.”
