Javed Ali at the Times of India’s 175th anniversary celebrations, Ahmedabad

It was an evening when music ruled. As the evening temperature took a downward nip, the festivities of The Times of India’s 175th anniversary celebrations escalated with a sizzling musical evening by singer Javed Ali.
“I have always enjoyed coming to Ahmedabad,” said Javed adding, “You receive so much of love and appreciation that every visit becomes special.I will make sure that I make the evening special for the audience.” And special it was indeed.
The crowd, that kept pouring in long after the concert had started, just couldn’t have enough of the soothing numbers Javed presented. Warming up to the songs, the crowd got more and more involved as the concert went on. Eventually they started dancing to Javed’s hit numbers like Kajra Re and Tinku Jiya.
Celebrations take a different high when music comes alive. And an evening with an eclectic mix of music, masti and many a memorable moments makes it so very special.
