in Ahmedabad this January. While the city gets ready for the much awaited Uttarayan and soak in the sun over music jarring out of loudspeakers placed on terraces while munching undhiyu and chikkis, city-based musicians are planning a sort of record on the festival’s eve.jamming
session would be held in Ahmedabad on January 13. For the first time, 11 leading independent bands of the city have collaborated to mesmerise Amdavadis with their out-of-the-box fresh music which will also be streamed live from 12 noon to midnight. The musical ‘jamathon’ is being organised by Rainbow Music at Ouroboros Theatre Company near Shivranjani with an aim to provide a platform to youngsters to showcase their talent in front of those who appreciate original music.
