"A New Star Is Born”: Vivek Vaswani Draws Parallels Between Young Vyom and a Young SRK

Curious Eyes Cinema’s Mannu Kya Karegga, starring debutants Vyom and Saachi Bindra, is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on September 12, 2025. Excitement around the film has been steadily rising, especially after the launch of its trailer.

At the event, industry veteran Vivek Vaswani—the man who once stood as a guiding light during the early days of superstar Shah Rukh Khan—showered praise on Vyom. He said, “When I first met Shah Rukh, I saw hunger, discipline, and fire in his eyes; that’s what made him special. When I met Vyom, I felt that same spark. He’s an outsider, yes, but he has the drive to work harder than anyone else and the humility to keep learning. I don’t like to compare individuals, but I can say with certainty that today, a new star is born.”

The film, backed by Sharad Mehra under Curious Eyes Cinema and directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy, introduces Vyom and Saachi Bindra alongside an ensemble cast featuring Vinay Pathak, Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Kumar, and Charu Shankar.

Adding to the buzz, the music album by the legendary Lalit Pandit is already ruling the charts, and the trailer has received an excellent response across all quarters, further setting the stage for a major release.
