Elizabeth Taylor'. The star recently unveiled the video for her song from her album ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’, and fans cannot seem to get enough. While on most accounts, Swift transforms into another character, though this time around, she was missing from the video, opting instead to honour the Hollywood icon.
Taylor Swift releases music video for ‘Elizabeth Taylor’
On March 31, Swift rolled out the music video for her third single, ‘Elizabeth Taylor.’ The music video featured a montage of all of the most iconic moments from Taylor’s life. It showed moments from the star’s career over the years, including clips from some of her most celebrated works, as well as videos from her outings and other events.
The video left fans emotional as many commented about how much they respect the 36-year-old singer for paying tribute to the legendary icon. The video consisted of clips from films such as ‘Father of the Bride’, ‘Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’, ‘A Place in the Sun’, ‘Giant’, ‘Suddenly, Last Summer’, ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?’, ‘Julia Misbehaves’ and ‘Boom’.
‘Elizabeth Taylor’ is the third lead single from the musician’s following the release of her album and music video of ‘The Fate Of Ophelia’, and ‘Ophelia.’ As of right now, the music video is only available on Spotify and Apple for streaming; however, it should also soon be released on YouTube.
