Ringo Starr is healthy and happy contrary to rumours that he is in a rehabilitation centre, his representative has said.
A media report alleged the 76-year-old star had been in a residential programme for weeks but was planning to check out in time for his autumn tour dates with his All-Starr
Band
. The musician, however, has been on a family vacation in Malibu, reported Female First.

Starr once entered rehab with his wife
Barbara Bach, who he married in 1981, and previously admitted he was 'absolutely lost' following The
Beatles
break-up and turned to drink.
