Nelson has filed legal documents in
Carver County
probate court, Minneapolis several days after the singer died, reported Aceshowbiz.
"I do not know of the existence of a Will and have no reason to believe that the Decedent executed testamentary documents in any form," she states, naming
Prince's longtime banker,
Bremer Bank
,
National Association
, as the best candidate pending the appointment of an executor.
Prince passed away leaving an estate valued at USD 300 million. Nelson says he had "substantial assets consisting of personal and real property that requires protection."
He also
"owned and controlled business interests that require ongoing management and supervision." In addition to herself as Prince's only full sibling, Nelson claims, there are also "heirs whose identities and addresses need to be determined."
She lists in her court petition the names of half-brothers and half-sisters that include John, Norrine, Sharon, Alfred and Omarr.
