Kanye West is facing a new lawsuit filed by model Jenifer An, a former America's Next Top Model contestant, alleging sexual assault during the 2010 shoot of La Roux’s In For The Kill remix video.
According to the Hindustan Times, filed in federal court in New York, the complaint accuses Kanye of choking and gagging the model until she blacked out.

According to the lawsuit, Jenifer was hired as a background actor for the video, dressed in lingerie, and present at Manhattan’s Chelsea Hotel, where the shoot took place. She claims Kanye arrived on set and pointed at her, allegedly stating, “Give me the Asian girl.” The lawsuit further alleges that Kanye began choking her with one hand before using both hands to strangle her.
“Plaintiff struggled to breathe and felt as if she had temporarily blacked out,” the court filing reportedly states. When Kanye released her, she alleges her face was covered in saliva and smeared makeup. The incident, described as “pornographic gagging,” was reportedly filmed.
Jenifer is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, accusing Kanye of sexual assault and strangulation. She alleges the experience caused her lasting trauma and violated her deeply.
The lawsuit sheds light on disturbing allegations against Kanye, who has faced controversies throughout his career. Despite the serious nature of these claims, Kanye has not yet issued a public response.
Meanwhile, last week Kanye was sued by a former Yeezy staffer who claimed that the singer subjected him to antisemitic tirades, forcing him to sit in a hotel suite while the ‘Heartless’ singer engaged in a loud s** with his wife Bianca Censori and a masseuse in another occasion.
