Michael Buble opens up about fatherhood

Singer Michael Buble says being a father gave more purpose to his life. The 41-year-old singer, who has two children with wife

, believes his kids have given him strength following his vocal cords operation earlier this year, reported Femalefirst.

"Being a dad gave me something that I couldn't have got anywhere else and it gave me context. So I thought, at the worst, at least I had a great run and I've loved what I do.. For the first time in my life, I decided I would take great control by producing my record," he said.
