Lady Gaga reveals she was raped by music producer at the age of 19

In a shocking revelation, pop star Lady Gaga told radio show host Howard Stern that she was raped as a 19-year-old by a music producer who was 20 years older.
Initially numb to the shock, the singer says it was at least four or five years before the ordeal really hit her. Gaga even wrote a song called Swine about rape and demoralisation, but never went on to confront the rapist.She told Stern that she saw him in a store once, and was too paralysed by fear. Since then, she has gone through a lot of mental, physical and emotional therapy to heal and music has helped wonderfully.

The actor revealed last week that he was raped by a woman in a gallery earlier this year. He said the incident happened at an event in Los Angeles where he sat silently in a gallery for five days with a paper bag on his head. According to LaBeouf, one woman whipped his legs for 10 minutes and then stripped his clothing and proceeded to rape him.

In October, pop star Kesha accused music producer Dr Luke of sexual assault and battery in a lawsuit. The singer alleged that he was abusive to her from the time she signed on with him at the age of 18.
