Yes, you read that right, if Jessica and Eric file a divorce, reportedly the two will get into a long legal dispute and the former could lose millions of dollars.

Reportedly, married for ten years, Jessica and Eric have lived different lives for quite some time and the couple also shares custody of their three kids. Six years after he declared his NFL retirement, the couple got married in 2014.

He added that a 'good' lawyer is not a gladiator but a creative problem solver. The appointed legal representative can try his best to find a 'win-win' situation and preserve the parties' wealth. Yet, there’s always a threat that things can blow up.

Meanwhile, Jessica in a cryptic post hinted that she is feeling she has been wronged. She posted a photo of herself in the studio, with the caption, "This comeback is personal, it's an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve."

The same year the two got engaged and two years down the line in 2012, they welcomed their first child, their daughter Maxwell Drew.
