Harry Styles and Taylor Russell end year-long romance: Report

In a surprising turn of events, Harry Styles and actress Taylor Russell have reportedly parted ways after a year of dating. The couple, who initially sparked romance rumors in mid-2023, have decided to take a break from their relationship. According to sources, their recent trip to Japan marked the beginning of a rough patch that led to this decision.

Styles and Russell's relationship seemed to blossom quickly once they were first photographed together in June 2023. By July, Russell was spotted supporting Styles at his ‘Love on Tour’ concert in Vienna, and by August, their romance was in full view of the public. The couple was seen cozying up at a party in London following Russell's performance in the play ‘The Effect’ at the Royal National Theatre.


A source had shared with Page Six at the time, “Harry stayed by Taylor’s side the whole time. He introduced her to James [Corden] and was whispering to her, laughing, and smiling.” Their public displays of affection continued over the following months, with the couple being seen holding hands in September and getting close at a U2 concert in November. They were even spotted enjoying a late-night bike ride in February.

Despite the apparent happiness, the relationship began to show signs of strain. The couple, who once seemed inseparable, started facing challenges after their April trip to Japan. “They went through a rough patch after their trip to Japan and are taking some time apart,” a source told The Sun. This period proved to be a turning point, leading to their decision to step back from the relationship.

While they never openly discussed their romance, Russell did address the public's curiosity in an interview with Vanity Fair. “My concern and my focus is going to be on the work.
