DJ Snake releases his new album, Carte Blanche

Multi-platinum producer DJ Snake has released his highly anticipated album, Carte Blanche. It includes appearances by heavy-hitters like Cardi B, Offset, J Balvin and Sean Paul, among others.
The album features the double-platinum single, Taki Taki, ft. Selena Gomez, Ozuna and Cardi B — the second global No 1 record for DJ Snake. The single premiered in September, last year.
With its title translating to ‘The freedom to do whatever one chooses,’ Carte Blanche finds DJ Snake embodying that spirit by breaking all musical and creative boundaries.A native of Paris, he names his country’s cultural melting pot as well as his worldwide travels in recent years as a key inspiration for making the genre-defying sound of Carte Blanche.
DJ Snake says, “‘Carte Blanche, for me, means freedom to do whatever you want. And that’s how I work. No formula to follow. I wanted to make a summer album with a mixtape feel, of all the sounds I want to hear in summer and I went to artists I knew could do exactly that.”
In addition to Taki Taki, the album also includes hits like Enzo (a collaboration with Sheck Wes, featuring Offset, 21 Savage and Gucci Mane), the India-inspired club smash Magenta Riddim, and the bilingual summer anthem Loco Contigo (with J Balvin and Tyga).
