In a heartfelt Instagram video, Rexha, clearly distressed, revealed that the alleged airline’s supervisor was threatening her She described how the situation unfolded after she conversed with a security agent in Albanian, mistakenly assuming he was an Albanian national. Rexha claimed that this brief interaction resulted in the officer preventing her from boarding her flight, which intensified the conflict.

Rexha elaborated on her experience in a detailed statement, tagging the airline in her post: "I've been threatened because I thought the security agent was Albanian. I spoke to him in Albanian asking where to get my ticket and now he is banning me from the flight." She went on to describe the incident as a "hate crime," believing that her Albanian heritage was the reason for the officer's behavior. "He would not let take his name. He continued to mentally abuse me to make me feel like he was more powerful than he was," she added.

The singer also criticized the airline staff, mentioning that none of the women even addressed the situation. Rexha later discovered that the officer worked for ATSG, a service company providing document control services hired by the airline. Despite her efforts, she was unable to get the officer's name.

She pleaded with the airline to "please make sure @beberexha makes it home safe" and urged Munich airport to investigate the male officer involved, asking them to review their security footage.
