Fast and Furious 7: Seven high-points of the film

The seventh installment of Fast and Furious is special in more ways than one. It is a speedy ride of the team of seven which comprises of the rough and tough Dominic (Vin Diesel), his ladylove with similar interests Letty (Michelle Rodriguez), fearless Brian (Paul Walker), the self-proclaimed team leader Roman (Tyrese Gibson), Tej (Ludacris) and Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), who opts out in the beginning only to return during the climax with a bang. Know the seven adrenaline boosters in the film which make it a flick we all have been waiting for.

The flying cars:

The flying cars at the beginning of the film stop you from batting an eyelid until the team reunites after a hard day. As the team of five - Dominic, Brian, Letty, Roman and Tej - takes off from a flying cargo plane to land several hundred feet below, amid the Caucasus Mountains to ambush Jakande's convoy, the never-seen-before stunt makes you forget looking for any goof-ups, if any. The mid-air stunt is just not to be missed with a lot of action to follow. But this is just the beginning of a rickety picket chase sequence which involves cars falling from cliffs, blasts, bullets and much more, all for hacker Megan Ramsay – the hot Nathalie Emmanuel.

The big jump for life:

The lengthy chase sequence, which ends with Megan Ramsay joining the Fast and Furious team, had a wonderful ending. The gravity-defying stunt by Paul Walker, who is trapped in a truck falling from a cliff, makes the moviegoers nervous, as the late actor will be missed forever in the Fast and Furious series. The passion with which he ran for life over the falling truck is mind-blowing and will be etched in the memories of those who will watch it. As if this wasn’t enough, Paul has much more to blow our mind away in the film.

The mega car ride in the air:

The moment you see the team of six dressed in glamorous gowns and tuxedos, heading to the Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, you are sure they are going to rock the party! With the purpose of acquiring the pen drive sold to a billionaire, Paul Walker and Vin Diesel get the tiny thing from his multi-million dollar Beast, but have no option other than fleeing away with the mean machine. And what follows is a never- seen-before escapade as Paul and Vin drive the car from one tower to another… and another. This is just not to be missed.

US to Azerbaijan to Abu Dhabi to LA:

Fast and Furious 7 takes you to a multi-city adrenaline boosting ride which you will remember for days to come. The crazy landing of cars from a cargo plane amid the Caucasus Mountains of Azerbaijan followed by the falling of cars from the cliffs, chase sequence on the edgy mountain roads keeps the tempo high throughout the film. As if this was not enough, the team flocks to the middle-east to acquire the pen-drive and leaves the city of abundance and luxury in shambles. They finally come home to Los Angeles to fight on the roads they know.

Ali Fazal:

There were speculations around the Bollywood star who will be chosen for the series, with the names of Deepika Padukone and others doing the rounds. However, Bobby Jasoos actor Ali Fazal made his presence felt in the film which smashed all records at the box office. The actor plays Zafar, Ramsay’s friend who sells the pen drive containing God’s Eye to a billionaire. He is seen in floral suits and has a peculiar Italian accent. The role is short but interesting and not one that you may blink and miss. So watch it for the desi connect.

Goodbye Paul Walker:

Paul Walker is no more and watching his last work makes you emotional. While the movie does not play with your emotions over his demise, there is something which keeps the moviegoers glued to their seats even after the film is officially over. The wait for a worthy goodbye to the king of speed comes to an end as a strange track is played at the end with Vin Diesel and Paul Walker taking different roads, Paul taking the road to the heavenly abode. But do not leave the theatre until you watch his random, old glimpses from the previous Fast and Furious flicks.

It's a Vin Diesel film!
Fast and Furious 7 is all in all Vin Diesel's film. The actor, who has named his newborn daughter as Pauline to keep the memories of Paul Walker alive, made sure the audience does not get lost in calculating how the movie was made after the actor’s demise before the completion of the film. The actor takes on Deckard Shaw head-on during the ‘street fight’ he has, with grills and rods, or jumping with his car from a cliff, or riding the Beast with Paul Walker while crashing into the towers of Abu Dhabi mid-air.
