Why Kristin won’t kiss Broderick!
Kristin Davis hated kissing Matthew Broderick on screen.
Davis — who plays uptight Charlotte York in the hit TV series and upcoming movie — said, “I love Matthew, but it was odd having to kiss him.
The couple’s son, James Wilkie Broderick, was born in October 2002. Davis — who has been romantically linked to several actors, including Alec Baldwin, Liev Schreiber and Jeff Goldblum — hates being single, but is reluctant to have her romances played out in the public spotlight like her ‘sad’ character.
She added, “It’s hard enough to be single and semi-famous, not that I am complaining. I’m grateful for all the wonderful things that have happened to me. But media pressure can kill a budding relationship.
So, unlike Charlotte, you will not see me sipping cocktails with fabulous men then going home with them.” The 42-year-old star has previously revealed she is desperate to find the right man and settle down.
