The freshly revealed trailer, a testament to Adult Swim's commitment to a diverse audience, confirmed the dual presentation approach. Ninja Kamui will be aired with an English dub initially, followed by the premiere of the original Japanese version with English subtitles, just three hours later. Both versions will be available for streaming on the Max service starting the day after their broadcast.

Notably, Ninja Kamui is an entirely original creation by Adult Swim and Sunghoo Park, offering fans a unique storyline with no pre-existing source material. Despite the absence of a manga or light novel foundation, enthusiasts can look forward to an immersive experience, with the promise of a video game adaptation titled Ninja Kamui: Shinobi Origins set to launch in Spring 2024.

The trailer masterfully introduces the series' protagonist, Joe Higan, a former ninja seeking vengeance for the tragic murder of his family. As the preview unfolds, it paints a vivid picture of Joe's relentless pursuit of retribution, revealing that his adversaries form a formidable covert organization in league with the United States' Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Adult Swim has scheduled the premiere of the Ninja Kamui anime on its Saturday Toonami programming block, set to air on February 10 at 12 AM Eastern Standard Time, effectively transitioning into Sunday, February 11. The English-dubbed version will kick off the broadcast at midnight, followed by the Japanese audio version with English subtitles at 3 AM EST.

The helm of the anime series is in the capable hands of Sunghoo Park, who is directing the project at his newly established studio, E&H Production, in collaboration with Sola Entertainment. Character design duties are shouldered by Takeshi Okazaki. Adult Swim aptly describes the anime as a gripping tale of revenge, setting the stage for a thrilling and action-packed viewing experience.
