Vin Diesel pays tribute to Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker

It’s been nine years since Paul Walker died in a car crash on November 30, 2013. His friend and co-star, Vin Diesel, posted his picture on his official social media page and wrote, “Nine years… love you and miss you.”
The post has already garnered more than 1.2 million views and over 10,000 comments. Fans are still so emotional about Paul Walker, a fan wrote, “He was my hero and he still is my hero.R.I.P. Paul Walker.”

Diesel has continued being a friend to Walker’s family, always being there for his daughter Meadow and brothers. Walker’s brother Cody has praised the way Vin Diesel has continued to honour his late brother.
The Fast & Furious franchise was commercially successful and catapulted Vin Diesel and Paul Walker to stardom. It proved to be Universal’s biggest franchise and the eighth highest grossing film series ever.
Diesel is godfather to Paul’s daughter, Meadow who was only 15 when her father died. He was present at her wedding last year and stepped into his best friend’s shoes and walked Meadow down the aisle and gave her away.
