Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has threatened to sue a T-Shirt company, which is allegedly trying to use his image to sell garments with slogans like "Sex Addict" and "Everything Turns Me On". The Vanilla Sky actors lawyer Aaron Moss has issued a legal warning to Addictiontee.com against advertising the garments using his image. "We believe that such photograph is a fake that has been Photoshopped or otherwise manipulated to make it look like hes wearing your t-shirt, Contactmusic quoted Moss as telling TMZ.com.
However, Addictiontee.com seems unmoved by the legal threats, as they still are bent upon making Tom Cruise inspired garments only with trivially altered slogans. "Were going into production of a t-shirt inspired by Cruises attorney with the words legal addict on the front and I sue everybody on the back, a spokesman for the company said.
