Fans hail 'Last Rites' as the “Perfect Swan-Song”
Twitter is abuzz with strong reactions, with many hailing the movie as a chilling yet emotional send-off. Box Office Update
The Conjuring: Last Rites has opened to impressive numbers worldwide. At the Indian box office, the film has stormed ahead of domestic releases, and is expected to score an opening day collection of around Rs 15–20 crores. Trade analysts predict it could eventually surpass Rs 100 crores in India — a milestone never achieved before by a Hollywood horror release.
Internationally, the film is on course for a global opening of over $100 million. Warner Bros. had cautiously projected $35 million in the US, but industry trackers estimate it could reach $55 million+, with another $50 million coming from 66 overseas markets.
