The audience is in for a surprise as
Arnold Schwarzenegger and
Linda Hamilton are all set to reprise their iconic roles of T-800 "Model 101" and Sarah Connor respectively in the sixth instalment of the popular Terminator franchise.
The two minute and thirty-three seconds trailer gives us a glimpse of Hamilton joining forces with Schwarzenegger to battle
Gabriel Luna, who steps into the shoes of an advanced Terminator named Rev-9. Apart from the original cast,
Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes and
Diego Boneta to have been roped in to play integral roles.
Mackenzie essays the role of Grace, a soldier converted into a cyborg whose mission is to protect Dani Ramos from Rev-9. The highlight of the trailer was Hamilton's introduction scene and the scene where Schwarzenegger opens the door and walks out.
With 'Deadpool' director taking the reins in his skilled hands and
James Cameron stepping in as a producer and helped develop the story, Dark Fate promises to be a huge step up in the 'Terminator' series.
