Rocha also shared that the main villain could be a mysterious “female shapeshifter,” though he didn’t reveal if it’s a reimagined version of Chameleon or someone else. He added that Tombstone and Scorpion are also part of the film but won’t take center stage. While that might disappoint fans hoping for a major Tombstone storyline, there’s still a chance these villains play meaningful roles in Peter’s arc.

If these rumours are true, ‘Brand New Day’ won’t undo the emotional weight of ‘No Way Home.’ Peter’s choice to protect the multiverse by losing MJ and Ned remains one of his defining moments.
