Seth Rogen said the allegations of sexual harassment against his friend and frequent collaborator James Franco have not deterred him from working with the actor.

The actor-writer, who has worked with Franco on a slew of films such as

'This Is The End'

,

'Pineapple Express'

,

'The Interview'

and

'Sausage Party'

, said when it comes to the

#MeToo

campaign, he is "the last person" who should offer any take on the controversy.

Asked if he still wants to work with 'The Disaster Artist' actor, despite the claims, Rogen replied in a one-word answer, "Yes."

"The truth is that my perspective on this is the least relevant perspective. I'm friends with these people and I'm a dude. All that combined makes me the last person who should be talking about this," he added.

Asked how it felt to see a near one involved in a scandal of the degree, Rogen echoed similar sentiment.

"There are so many people with real things to contribute to the #MeToo discussion that anything I say is not going to add anything," he said.

In January, Franco was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, which he has denied.

The actor had said the allegations are untrue but he supported women for speaking out.
