Directed by
Brian Robbins, 'Good Burger' was released in 1997. On Nov. 22, its label's new sequel, 'Good Burger 2' premiered on Paramount+. Phil Traill, who directed the sequel, spoke to Radio Times about the future of the series after the new film. He revealed that there are plans for 'Good Burger 3' along with even more potential sequels.
Revealing about the role, Traill said that the character of Ed has not changed.
He now has a family, he's got a bunch of kids and a wife, but he is still the same old Ed. As that doesn't change, they can just do it again and again and put them in crazier and crazier situations. There are plans afoot for various things. He doesn't think it has to be limited to a trilogy, it can go on.
'Good Burger' also brings back some cast members, including Josh Server's Fizz, Lori Beth Denberg's Connie Muldoon, and
Carmen Electra's Roxanne. Traill also revealed that they had lots of people who wanted to be in the movie and lots didn't work out because of dates. So hopefully they can come back in
'Good Burger 3'.
'Good Burger 2' is now streaming on Paramount+.
