Meet the new characters of Rio 2

Along with the existing characters, Rio 2, a sequel to the 2011 animation film, will introduce new attractions as well.
This time around, the funny troupe of macaws, comprising Blu (Jesse Eisenberg), Jewel (Anne Hathaway), Nico (Jamie Foxx), Pedro (Will.i.am) and ace villain Nigel (Jemaine Clement) will encounter Blu’s stern father-in-law Eduardo (Andy Garcia), Jewel’s strapping ex-flame Roberto (Bruno Mars) and Nigel’s assistant frog Gabi (Kristin Chenoweth).

As Blu, Jewel and their three kids travel to the wilds of Amazon, they stumble upon the fearsome adversary of all — Eduardo. Blu also meets Roberto, who is pretty much his opposite, and feels threatened by his perfection. Adding more humour to the story is Gabi, who is deeply in love with Nigel. The English 3D film has also been dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu for the Indian audiences.
