Priyanka Chopra-Jonas and Sam Heughan shower love on Celine Dion at Love Again screening

The Priyanka Chopra-Jonas film with Sam Heughan, Love Again was recently screened at the AMC Lincoln Square in NYC ahead of its Friday release in theatres. Celine Dion too is acting in the film, but she missed the event on account of her health issues.
Both stars sent out love and praised Celine’s warm, funny presence that they sincerely missed at the screening. Priyanka called her gracious and funny and said that during the filming, she had given them so much of her time, even when she did not need to.

Celine Dion who is 55 makes her acting debut in the film and was diagnosed with an incurable neurological disorder that causes muscle spasms and can be very painful. Her ailment was diagnosed only last December.

Sam Heughan too called her a cultural and music icon who’s so good at what she does apart from being “really funny”. Celine Dion plays herself in the film – a singer, who is interviewed by the journalist character played by Sam Heughan. The journalist, on his part receives messages on his phone from a certain Mira played by Priyanka Chopra who writes wistfully to the number that was once with her fiancé who has since passed away.

The number is now with the journalist and he is curious to meet Mira and enlists Celine Dion’s help to meet her.
