In a shocking revelation, Michael Jackson's family has revealed that his doctor Conrad Murray made the late singer's 12-year-old son Prince watch his futile attempt to revive him. Jackson's family say that the scene was "horrific and very traumatic" for Prince Michael. Dr Conrad Murray wanted a witness to his unsuccessful attempts at cardiac resuscitation.
The cops are putting pieced together every minute of the last 12 hours of the singer's life, the superstar's family said last night, reports a UK-based tabloid. A UK-based tabloid reports that dramatic new evidence emerging about the late singer. Many of the new developments revolve around MJ's live-in physician Dr Conrad Murray. MJ's family friend Dr Steven Hoefflin has revealed to the UK tabloid that Dr Murray made Prince Michael watch him perform cardiac resuscitation on his dad. He further added that the boy was "understandably traumatised".
Dr Steven Hoefflin has been raising doubts on the motives of 56-year-old Dr Murray. Speaking on behalf of MJ's mother Katherine, he has told the tabloid that medics at Los Angeles' UCLA Hospital believe that the singer was dead for at least two hours before he was brought there. It is thought he suffered a massive heart failure after being given the sedative Propofol at his mansion. Dr Hoefflin also added that witnesses in the mansion had seen Dr Murray giving Jacko Propofol through an intravenous drip every night. He stated to the tabloid, "If you know anything about the drug - which should not be administered by anyone other than a trained anaesthesiologist and in a clinical setting - this is insane and dangerous. My opinion is that Dr Murray fell asleep on the night Michael died - while the IV drip administering Propofol was in Michael's arm. I have been told by the family and from talking to the children that on the night Michael died, Dr Murray actually got one of the Jackson children - it was Prince Michael - to personally come into the bedroom to watch him performing CPR on his father." He added, "The family has told me Dr Murray ensured Prince Michael understood the CPR procedure and that he was doing it correctly. It is the family's belief that this was intended to show a member of Michael's family that he was trying to bring Michael back to life. In my opinion Dr Murray should have known Michael was already dead and I believe that is the reason he didn't move him from the bed to the harder surface of the floor to perform CPR. It was horrific and very traumatic for Prince Michael. Katherine and the rest of the family are sickened this happened."
