legend Stan Lee passed away at the age of 95 last week, fans and celebrities across the world have been sharing condolences and paying tributes to the comic book icon. Lee created superheroes such as Spider-Man, X-Men, Hulk, Iron Man, Fantastic Four, Thor among many others.

Recently, politician Raj Thackeray, too, paid a

tribute

to Stan Lee, through his cartoon. Thackeray took to his social media account, where he shared his tribute. In the

cartoon

, Lee is seen taking a leave from all the superheroes he has created. He is seen wearing a superhero suit and is appealing to all superheroes to take care of planet earth, with the line 'Goodbye superheroes, do take care of my planet'. On social media, Thackeray captioned the cartoon, 'The creator of the incredible world of Marvel Comics, Stan Lee, recently passed away. In memory, a heartfelt tribute by me.' (sic)


Apart from being a political personality, Thackeray is also a well-known cartoonist, and has often drawn satirical cartoons on the political situations in the country.
