Pattie Boyd recalls a woman, a drink all over her, and everything in between
Boyd read a page from her life, stopping by the chapter about her romances back in the day, including singer Eric Clapton and ‘The Beatles’ singer George Harrison. During a candid conversation with Chris O’Dell in the podcast Miss O’Dell: Abbey Road To Tulsa Time, the model stated, “There were a lot of girls who would definitely [go] after whoever our husband was at the time,” emphasizing again with definitely. While she tried to deal with the situation as graciously as possible, there was this one experience that led to a certain woman getting a vodka and tonic on her. “This was in Australia," she recalled, before adding, “News didn't travel then, obviously... She was coming onto Eric, and it was just really pissing me off.”
Pattie Boyd claims she has not been contacted by the biopic makers
Pattie Boyd was married to Eric Harrison, the renowned member of the acclaimed band, for over a decade. As the ambitious four-film biopic, centered around ‘The Beatles’ members, is on the way, the model claims that she has not been contacted by filmmakers, despite Aimee Lou Wood being cast for her role. “Now, I might be completely wrong, but I would have thought it would be polite to mention it to me or let me know — if they've got someone who's going to be playing me, wouldn't you think they'd let me know? But I haven't been contacted by anyone," she said in the aforementioned interview, according to People Magazine. Furthermore, the photographer highlighted that she would have told them stories, but that was not perhaps what the makers wanted to create.
